YOUR DAILY is a growing food and hospitality brand where healthy, fresh, and delicious food goes hand in hand with an inviting atmosphere and warm service. With three vibrant locations in Amsterdam — and concrete plans to expand — we are looking for several LOCATION MANAGERS to take charge of the daily operations at one of our venues. Someone who can keep an overview, inspire their team, and thrives on flawless service and happy guests.
What will you do?
- Lead the team of shift leaders and hospitality staff.
- Foster a positive, open, and professional team culture.
- Oversee scheduling, rosters, and staffing levels.
- Ensure high quality in service, product, and presentation.
- Monitor costs, hours, and inventory in collaboration with the operations team.
- Resolve issues quickly and independently – with attention to both people and results.
- Work closely with the OPERATIONS MANAGER and contribute ideas for improvements.
- Manage and maintain the venue’s online presence: actively respond to reviews, monitor guest feedback, contribute to social media channels, and brainstorm creative content ideas.
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Who are you?
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or a similar industry.
- A true team player who can also make independent decisions.
- Guest-oriented, resilient, and solution-focused.
- Strong planning, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.
It would be great if you also have…
- Experience with staff scheduling, HACCP, and operational systems.
- An MBO or HBO degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Affinity with healthy, creative food concepts.
