Your Recipe for Success

Your Domain
- The kitchen is your domain. In recent years you have developed yourself into a full-fledged chef and have gained at least ‘5 years of experience in this’.
Managing Multiple Locations
- You will be responsible for the culinary management of our new location on Cruquius Eiland and in addition, you will play a key role in the opening and management of two more restaurants to follow this year.
Creative Freedom
- We believe in a food concept with room for your own input. You will work according to the established frameworks, but you will also have the opportunity to showcase your unique recipes and culinary vision and ultimately play a major role in developing the succeeding menus.
Daily Challenge
- Every day you challenge yourself to surprise our guests with varying, creative and flavorful dishes. Your eye for detail and knowledge of various cuisines make all the difference.
Quality and Responsibility
- You are keen on the quality of the dishes and make sure everything leaves the kitchen perfectly. You also take on the administrative part of the kitchen, such as HACCP, ordering and allergen management.
Guest-oriented Thinking
- You understand better than anyone what our guests want. You listen, observe and translate their wishes into delicious dishes.
Coaching Leadership
- You know how to lead your team in a coaching way; only together will you really get further.
Collaboration and Growth
- You will work closely with management to develop new culinary concepts and optimize the guest experience. Your eagerness to learn and passion for cooking will ensure that our kitchen is taken to the next level.

Chef’s right hand
- You are the indispensable right hand of the Chef.
- You will replace the Chef in his absence and take charge of the kitchen.
Support and Collaboration
- You will support the Chef in the daily management of the kitchen and the implementation of culinary concepts.
- You will work closely with the Chef to develop new dishes and menus.
Team Player and Leadership
